A gentle version of our power barre+yoga class. Most of this class is standing, allowing you to use the barre for support. Gentle barre is a great way to 'try' barre and to help keep movement in your body without weight bearing on the hands and knees.
A barre class perfect for the beginner--but also the seasoned barre student. Barre basics will allow you to focus on what muscles are working in each movement so that you have time to improve form and your technique to have more effective results in all your classes.
Yin is a yoga practice that allows for longer holds in resting postures. Yin is meant to work into deeper connective tissues of the body and is a very mindful practice. We try to keep this class scheduled in the evenings to help you rest after your busy day.
